Unless you have already applied for and negotiated extended payment/credit terms, money is due immediately. Please note that orders of less than 150 euros will not be accepted. Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, Money orders, Bank Wire transfers, and Company cheques are all accepted means of payment. Please, no personal checks.
Packaging, freight, insurance, customs fees, and VAT are not included in the prices.

We try to keep the impact of returns to a minimum. We cannot give order cancellation or return/replacement without a legitimate reason due to the nature of the products we sell and our strict quality control policy. Please keep in mind that the sender is always responsible for the cost of returns. If the return is the result of a problem on our end, we will pay for it.
Returns are permitted with a valid cause within 180 days of the date of purchase. After the above-mentioned 5-day evaluation period, we are unable to accept returns for shipping damage. All other legitimate return reasons are included in the usual return policy.
Unless you're delivering a failure analysis report, the material must be brand new and resalable. We may reroute the goods to save costs.
